INGREDIENTS

  • 300g natural cashew nuts
  • 70g parmesan
  • flaked salt

  • olive oil

  • fresh herbs

PREPARATION

Put the natural nuts in a bag. Finely grate the Parmesan and mix it in with the flaked salt. Finally, drizzle with oil and mix well. Make sure all the nuts are covered with oil and cheese.

Heat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Spread the nuts out on the tray and toast for about 15 minutes. Keep an eye on the nuts to make sure they don’t burn. Different ovens require different times.

Remove the nuts from the oven. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. Let the nuts cool completely on the baking sheet.

Serve as a snack with the cheese tray or for a Friday lunch.
