INGREDIENTS

  • 400g pizza dough – sourdough
  • 1dl of sour cream
  • 75g grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 pot of dill
  • 1dl creme fraichehttps://www.myparmesan.se/wp-admin/post-new.php#
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

PREPARATION

Heat the oven to 225 degrees.

Pizza: roll out the pizza dough to the desired shape. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet.

Spread with creme fraiche and top with grated parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Topping: peel and finely chop the red onion. Chop dill.

Remove the pizza and sprinkle with red onion and dill. Top with dollops of creme fraiche and onion roe. Grate some lemon zest over the pizza and sprinkle with ground black pepper and some flaked salt. Cut the pizza into pieces and serve. Hope you enjoy it!
