• 600g firm potatoes, peeled and finely sliced
  • 300g pointed cabbage, coarsely cut
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
  • 1dl parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 3 eggs

  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Turn on the oven to 220 degrees.

First fry the pointed cabbage, onion and garlic until soft in olive oil over low heat in a frying pan. Pour into a wide bowl. Then fry the potatoes in a little olive oil for a few minutes without colouring them. Pour into the bowl with the fried pointed cabbage.

Add the Parmesan and eggs to the bowl. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour everything into 4 serving dishes (or in the same frying pan) put a piece of butter paper in the bottom of the dishes/pan, it will make it easier to get it up when serving.

Drizzle with a little oil and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
