INGREDIENTS
- 25g yeast
- 3dl water, lukewarm
- 0.5dl olive oil
2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6dl special wheat flour
- olive oil for baking
- flake salt for baking
- 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary
2dl Parmesan cheese to top
PREPARATION
Mix the yeast with the water, olive oil, honey and salt in a bowl.
Add a little wheat flour at a time and work into a dough, kneading it well.
Leaven the dough to double its size in a bowl covered with a baking cloth.
Set the oven to 200 degrees, convection.
Pour the dough onto 1 baking sheet.
Flatten the dough until it is about 1-2 cm thick and leave to rise under a baking sheet until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
Put your fingers in the dough to form a mass of holes, drizzle with plenty of olive oil and sprinkle with flake salt, fresh rosemary and Parmesan cheese.
Bake the bread in the middle of the oven until it is nicely colored, about 15 minutes.
